Strategy Development

Create eLearning and performance support architectures including technology, design, roles and responsibilities and Return on Investment. Reviews needs and participates in designing effective short and long-term solutions. Conducts reviews of current strategy to validate and/or recommend changes. Participates in development of sufficient management sponsorship to assure strategies are supported to achieve successful implementation.

Educator

Conducts formal presentations or information discussions to develop staff and management understanding of Performance Support. Presentations are tailored to management, customers, Training, Information Systems or design and development staff. Duration: 90 minutes through two-day intensive workshops. Extensive software demonstrations are included.

Facilitator and Consultant Consulting services provided on:

Designer

Actively participates in interface or support system design during initial design efforts, on an ongoing basis, or during deliverable review. Involvement varies based on internal staff experience and needs. Prototype Development in conjunction with programming and business team.

Evaluator

Reviews user interface and performance support architecture and standards. Designs, conducts and reviews evaluation and impact studies as part of business justification or post-implementation evaluation.

Fees and Expenses

Per Diem consulting rates. Discounted rates negotiated for ten or more days of work contracted in advance. Expenses are billed at cost.
