He is the Senior Learning Strategist at the Monitor Company Group. Previously he was Vice President for Online Learning Solutions at Harvard Business School’s publishing corporation, where he created a profitable business providing executive performance support modules to over two million managers worldwide. Before that, Jonathon was founding Executive Director of Cornell University’s Office of Distance Learning, the first such program in the Ivy League.
