On December 13th 2002, Ariel Performance Centered Systems, Inc. (Ariel) conducted an executive summit titled, “Knowledge for Results”. The event targeted the issues and challenges associated with integrating knowledge and support into people’s work context, specifically via the information technology systems employees and customers utilize (also known as performance centered design).
